NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
All bookings are non-refundable. As bookings relate to leisure activities and hospitality services
supplied on a specific date, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts
Regulations 2013 does not apply. Any rescheduling is entirely at management discretion.

UNDER 18s
Under 18s are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. Interactive Darts is strictly 16+.
The Private Karaoke Room is strictly 18+.

WALK-INS
Walk-ins are always welcome subject to availability. Pre-booking is recommended for activities.

9inety6ix is Manchester’s destination for food, drinks and games, including Interactive Darts, Pool,
Karaoke, Beer Pong, Air Hockey, Basketball and Live Sports.

DO I NEED TO BOOK?
No. You can visit for food, drinks, sports or activities. Activity bookings are recommended.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
No. All bookings are non-refundable.

CAN I ADD PEOPLE TO MY BOOKING?
Yes, subject to availability and activity limits. Additional charges may apply.

WHAT IF SOMEONE DOESN’T TURN UP?
No refunds are available for no-shows or reduced group sizes.

WHAT IF I’M LATE?
Please contact the venue. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee availability and no refunds will
be given.

DO I NEED ID?
We operate Challenge 25. Passport, Driving Licence or PASS cards are accepted. If ID cannot be
provided, entry, alcohol sales or activity participation may be refused.

NO ID POLICY
If valid ID cannot be produced when requested, no refund, credit note, voucher or rescheduled
booking will be offered.

LARGE GROUPS
We welcome large groups, birthdays, corporate events and celebrations. Contact

CHILDREN
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Activity age restrictions apply.

LOST PROPERTY

PAYMENTS
We are primarily a cashless venue and accept card and contactless payments.

FOOD
We offer burgers, pizzas, loaded fries, sharing dishes, desserts and more.

PRIVATE HIRE
We offer private room hire, corporate packages, birthdays and full venue hire.

REFUSED ENTRY
Entry may be refused for lack of ID, intoxication, abusive behaviour, failure to meet age restrictions
or failure to follow venue policies. No refund, voucher or credit will be given.
